we had the lady at baskin robbins make his cake. on the top it said...Skippy, 1 heck of a guy. his hair stood up when he was born. then it all fell out. when it grew back in, it still stood up. around this time, it started to lay down. but you can still see a few of the wisps that want to stand up a little.
